From the first picture above it can be seen that my top three areas of interest are artistic, investigative and realistic. In addition, the top three career values are autonomy, balanced lifestyle and reward/recognition. Furthermore, the leadership need to be increased. So I have to communicate with people more and learn what they truly want.
From the second picture which is from the Linkedin. I have connected with IBM company which is a very big information technology company. The reason why I choose this is I can learn many things for my future career such as software programming.
